Setup Guide

  1. Connect Peripherals: Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA ports. Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
  2. Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC-12V port on the Mini PC, then plug it into a power outlet.
  3. Power On: Press the power button located on the front panel of the Mini PC.
  4. Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 11 operating system setup. The device comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and supports Windows 11 upgrades.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

  • Power On: Press the power button once. The power indicator light will illuminate.
  • Shut Down: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Shut down.
  • Restart: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Restart.
  • Sleep: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Sleep.

Operating System

The CHUWI RzBox comes with Windows 10 Home pre-installed and supports upgrades to Windows 11 Home, offering a familiar and user-friendly interface. It also supports Linux and Ubuntu for users who prefer alternative operating systems.

Troubleshooting

  • No Power:
    • Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the power outlet.
    • Ensure the power outlet is functional.
  • No Display:
    • Verify that the monitor is powered on and the correct input source is selected.
    • Check the display cable connections (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA) between the Mini PC and the monitor.
  • Slow Performance:
    • Close unnecessary applications running in the background.
    • Check for available Windows updates.
    • Ensure sufficient free storage space on the SSD.
  • No Wi-Fi/Bluetooth:
    • Check if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled in Windows settings.
    • Restart the Mini PC and your router.
