Setup Guide

Connect Peripherals: Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI, DisplayPort, or VGA ports. Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available USB ports.
Power Connection: Connect the power adapter to the DC-12V port on the Mini PC, then plug it into a power outlet.
Power On: Press the power button located on the front panel of the Mini PC.
Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 11 operating system setup. The device comes with Windows 10 pre-installed and supports Windows 11 upgrades.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

Power On: Press the power button once. The power indicator light will illuminate.
Shut Down: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Shut down.
Restart: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Restart.
Sleep: From the Windows desktop, click the Start menu, then select Power > Sleep.

Operating System

The CHUWI RzBox comes with Windows 10 Home pre-installed and supports upgrades to Windows 11 Home, offering a familiar and user-friendly interface. It also supports Linux and Ubuntu for users who prefer alternative operating systems.

Troubleshooting

No Power:
- Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and the power outlet.
- Ensure the power outlet is functional.
No Display:
- Verify that the monitor is powered on and the correct input source is selected.
- Check the display cable connections (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA) between the Mini PC and the monitor.
Slow Performance:
- Close unnecessary applications running in the background.
- Check for available Windows updates.
- Ensure sufficient free storage space on the SSD.
No Wi-Fi/Bluetooth:
- Check if Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled in Windows settings.
- Restart the Mini PC and your router.
