3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The P-SB7 Spirit Box operates on 3 AAA batteries (included). To install the batteries, locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the unit. Slide the cover open, insert the batteries ensuring correct polarity (+/-), and then close the cover securely.

3.2 Powering On/Off

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Sweep Function
The P-SB7 scans radio frequencies to generate a 'white noise' or 'radio sweep' effect, which is commonly used in EVP investigations. Use the 'SWEEP RATE' button to adjust the speed at which the frequencies are scanned. The 'SWEEP FWD' and 'SWEEP REV' buttons control the direction of the frequency sweep (forward or reverse).
4.2 Volume Control
Adjust the audio output level using the 'VOL+' and 'VOL-' buttons to suit your listening preference.
4.3 AM/FM Selection
Toggle between the AM and FM radio bands using the 'AM/FM C/F' button. The device is capable of scanning frequencies from 76 MHz to 87.9 MHz.
