  2. Do not overfill the beaker beyond the maximum fill line. The rescue function can process overfilled beakers, but it is best to avoid this.
  3. Place the beaker lid securely on the beaker.

5.2. Pacotizing Process

  1. Place the prepared beaker with the blade attached into the Pacojet 2 PLUS unit.
  2. Select the desired processing mode via the intuitive touchscreen:
    • Pacotizing: For creating fine purees, mousses, and sorbets from frozen ingredients.
    • Cutting/Chopping: For processing fresh, non-frozen ingredients.
    • Mixing: For blending ingredients without reducing them to a fine consistency.
    • Cleaning: For automated cleaning cycles.
  3. Adjust settings such as processing food with or without over-pressure, and the number of portions.
  4. Utilize the Programmable Automatic Repeat Function for up to 9 repetitions without releasing overpressure, saving time for specific recipes.
  5. Start the processing cycle. The unit will automatically stop when complete.
  6. Remove the beaker and carefully detach the blade.
