4. Assembly and Initial Setup

The ZIPRO Tekno Treadmill is designed for relatively easy assembly. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in the packing list are present.
2. Base Assembly: Unfold the main frame and secure the uprights according to the included hardware.
3. Console Attachment: Attach the console to the uprights, ensuring all cables are properly connected.
4. Handlebar Installation: Secure the handlebars to the main frame.

5. Operating Your Treadmill

5.1 Control Panel

The control panel features an LCD display and various buttons for controlling your workout.

• LCD Display: Shows real-time data including Speed, Time, Distance, Calories Burned, and Pulse.
• Start/Stop Buttons: Initiate and end your workout.
• Speed +/- Buttons: Adjust the running belt speed.
• Incline +/- Buttons: Adjust the incline level.
• Program Buttons: Select from pre-set workout programs.
• Mode Button: Cycle through display modes or settings.

5.2 Starting and Stopping

• To Start: Ensure the safety key is in place. Press the 'Start' button. The belt will begin to move at a low speed.
• To Stop: Press the 'Stop' button. The belt will gradually slow down and stop. Alternatively, pull the safety key to immediately stop the treadmill.

5.3 Adjusting Speed and Incline

Use the 'Speed +/-' buttons to increase or decrease the belt speed from 0.8 km/h to 14 km/h. The treadmill also offers 3 levels of manual incline adjustment to vary your workout intensity.

5.4 Pre-set Programs

The treadmill includes 12 integrated workout programs. Select a program using the 'Program' button to automatically adjust speed and incline throughout your workout, providing a structured training experience.
