Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the non-stick cooking plates and the drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main housing with a damp cloth.
Assemble Components: Place the drip tray into its designated slot in the main housing. Position the non-stick cooking plates securely on top of the heating element, ensuring they are properly seated. The grill is designed for easy assembly and disassembly.

Connect Power Cord: Attach the removable magnetic power cord to the grill's connection port. Ensure it is firmly connected before plugging into a wall outlet.
Placement: Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and flammable materials, ensuring adequate ventilation.
Operating Instructions
Preheating: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. Turn the temperature control dial to your desired setting. Allow the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes until the indicator light signals it's ready, or until the surface is hot enough for cooking.

Figure 3: The temperature control dial with settings for OFF, SEAR, HIGH, MED, LOW, and WARM, allowing precise temperature management for various cooking needs.
Temperature Settings: The grill features 5 preset temperature settings:
- Keep Warm: For maintaining food temperature after cooking.
- Low: Ideal for delicate foods or slow cooking.
- Medium: General grilling for poultry and vegetables.
- High: For thicker cuts of meat and faster cooking.
- Sear: Reaches up to 455°F for searing meats to lock in juices and create a crust.
The extra-large heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution across the entire cooking plate for optimal grilling results.

Grilling Food: Place food directly onto the preheated non-stick cooking plates. Avoid overcrowding the grill to maintain consistent temperature and allow for proper cooking. The non-stick surface is designed to reduce smoke by directing grease away from the heating element.

Smoke-Shield Technology: This grill incorporates Smoke-Shield Technology. The specially designed non-stick plates channel grease and liquids from the food into the removable drip tray, preventing them from burning on the heating element and significantly reducing smoke production compared to traditional indoor grills.
