1. Setup

1.1 Battery Installation

The RC-879M remote control requires two (2) AA batteries for operation. Please ensure you use brand new alkaline batteries for optimal performance. Rechargeable batteries are not recommended as they may not provide sufficient power for consistent functionality.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide the battery cover downwards to open it.
3. Insert two AA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the indicators inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery cover back into place until it clicks securely.
