4. Setup Instructions

4.1. Insert the SIM Card

Ensure the router is powered off before inserting or removing SIM cards. Use a SIM ejector tool or a thin, pointed object to press the button beside the SIM card slot. The card tray will pop out. Carefully place your standard 2FF SIM card (15x25mm) into the tray, ensuring correct orientation. Push the tray back into the slot until it clicks into place.

4.2. Connect Antennas and Power

Attach the WiFi antenna to the port labeled 'WiFi' and the cellular LTE antennas to the ports labeled 'ANT' (Main and AUX). Connect the power adapter to the router's power input and then plug it into a compatible power outlet. The router will begin to power on, and the LED indicators will light up.

4.3. Initial Configuration (Web Interface)

To access the router's web interface for configuration:

  1. Connect your PC to one of the router's LAN ports using an Ethernet cable. Alternatively, connect wirelessly to the default Wi-Fi network (SSID and password are typically printed on a label on the router).
  2. Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox) and enter the router's default IP address (e.g., 192.168.1.1). This IP address can be found on the router's label.
  3. You will be prompted to log in. Enter the default username (admin) and password (admin).
  4. Once logged in, navigate to the WAN settings or Network settings. You will need to configure the APN (Access Point Name) information for your SIM card. The router may attempt to auto-detect the APN, but manual entry might be required. If you do not know the APN, consult your mobile network provider (ISP) or search online for the correct settings.
