Figure 4.1: Internal Components. This image displays the internal layout of the amplifier, highlighting key components such as the NE5532P operational amplifier, the single core TPA3116 chip, the switch potentiometer, high current sealed inductors, and fever gold capacitors, all contributing to its high-quality audio performance.

Figure 4.2: Rear Panel Connections. The rear panel features the DC IN port for power, speaker output terminals (positive and negative), and a 3.5mm audio input jack for connecting audio sources.

Figure 4.3: Front Panel Controls. The front panel includes a power indicator LED and a combined power on/off and volume control knob for easy access.
5. Setup Instructions
- Connect Speakers: Connect your subwoofer or full-range speaker to the speaker output terminals on the rear of the amplifier. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
- Connect Audio Source: Connect your audio source (e.g., phone, MP3 player, TV, PC) to the 3.5mm AUX input jack on the rear panel using an appropriate audio cable.
- Connect Power Supply: Connect a DC 12-24V power adapter (not included, minimum 3A recommended) to the "DC IN" port on the amplifier. Important: Ensure the power adapter is connected to the amplifier first, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet to avoid sparks.
- Power On: Turn the "VOLUME" knob clockwise to power on the amplifier. The power indicator LED on the front panel will illuminate.

Figure 5.1: Connection Diagram. This diagram illustrates how to connect an audio source via the 3.5mm AUX input, provide power through the DC IN port (15-24V), and connect speakers to the output terminals. Note that the image shows both mono and full-frequency versions, but this product is a subwoofer amplifier.
6. Operating Instructions
- Volume Control: Adjust the "VOLUME" knob on the front panel to increase or decrease the audio output level.
- Power On/Off: Rotate the "VOLUME" knob fully counter-clockwise until it clicks to turn off the amplifier. Rotate clockwise to turn it on.
- Audio Source: Ensure your connected audio source is playing and its volume is set to an appropriate level.
- Subwoofer Use: This version of the amplifier is specifically designed for driving a subwoofer. For full-frequency speakers, a different amplifier version is typically used.
7. Maintenance
- Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Keep ventilation openings clear to prevent overheating.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
8. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No sound output | Amplifier not powered on; incorrect connections; audio source issue; volume too low. | Ensure power indicator is on. Check all cable connections (power, input, speakers). Verify audio source is playing and its volume is up. Increase amplifier volume. |
| Distorted sound | Volume too high (amplifier or source); incorrect speaker impedance; faulty cable. | Reduce volume on amplifier and/or audio source. Ensure speakers are compatible. Try different audio cables. |
| Power indicator off | No power supply; faulty power adapter; amplifier off. | Check power adapter connection to amplifier and wall outlet. Ensure power adapter is functional. Turn the volume knob clockwise to power on. |
