4. Setup
4.1 Hand Blender Assembly
- Ensure the motor unit is unplugged.
- Attach the desired accessory (blender shaft, chopper bowl, or whisk) to the motor unit by aligning the arrows and twisting until it locks into place.
- For the chopper, ensure the blade is correctly placed on the central pin inside the chopper bowl before attaching the motor unit.
4.2 Thermal Pot Preparation
- Wash the inner pot and lid thoroughly before first use.
- Ensure the inner pot is dry before placing it into the outer thermal casing.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Hand Blender (MMHB109-BK)
- Power Connection: Plug the hand blender into a suitable power outlet.
- Speed Control: The hand blender features step-less speed rotary switch control. Rotate the switch to adjust the blending speed according to your needs.
- Operation: Press the power button switch. A blue LED light will illuminate, indicating the unit is active. Blend ingredients using the appropriate attachment.
- Chopper Attachment: Ideal for chopping herbs, nuts, and vegetables. Do not overfill the chopper bowl.
- Whisk Attachment: Suitable for whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing light batters.

- Initial Heating/Cooling: For hot food, bring the inner pot's contents to a boil on a stove for approximately 10 minutes. For cold food, chill the inner pot and its contents in a refrigerator.
- Transfer: Carefully place the inner pot into the outer thermal casing.
- Secure Lid: Close the lid and ensure it is securely locked. The double-wall thermal insulation body will retain the temperature.
- Retention Time: The pot can retain heat or cold for up to 8 hours without electricity.
- Portability: The convenient carrying handle and lockable lid allow for easy transport of hot or cold food. The external surface stays cool to the touch even with hot food inside.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
6.1 Hand Blender
- Always unplug the motor unit before cleaning.
- Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
- Wash all detachable attachments (blender shaft, chopper bowl, whisk, beaker, blades) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
- Handle blades with extreme caution due to their sharpness.
6.2 Thermal Pot
- Wash the inner pot and lid with warm, soapy water after each use.
