Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean your mouse, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's surface and components. Ensure the mouse is powered off and disconnected before cleaning.
Battery Care
The mouse contains a rechargeable internal battery. For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the mouse frequently. Charge the mouse when the battery indicator suggests low power. If storing the mouse for an extended period, ensure it has a partial charge (around 50%) and store it in a cool, dry place.

- Ensure the mouse is powered on.

- Restart your computer.
- DPI adjustment not working:
- Ensure the DPI button is not physically stuck.
- If using custom profiles, check the software settings to ensure the DPI button is assigned correctly.
