• Unit does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Check if the unit's internal water tank is full and requires draining.
• Unit is not cooling/heating effectively: Verify that the correct mode is selected. Check if the air filters are clean and not obstructed. Ensure the exhaust hose is properly installed and sealed to the window kit. Confirm the room size is within the recommended coverage area (up to 500 sq. ft.).
• Water leakage: This may occur in very humid conditions if the auto-evaporation system cannot keep up. Manually drain the unit's reservoir. Consider connecting a continuous drainage hose.
• Unusual noise: The normal operating noise level is 60 dB. If you hear excessive or unusual noises, ensure the unit is on a flat surface and there are no obstructions to the fan.
