Safety Instructions

• Keep fingers away from the cutting area during operation. Use the food holder/pusher provided.
• Ensure the unit is stable on a flat, non-slip surface before use.

Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Inspect: Check all parts for any signs of damage. Do not use if any part is damaged.
3. Clean: Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Assemble: Place the main grater body on a stable, flat surface. Ensure the collection tray (if separate) is securely positioned underneath the grater opening. Insert the desired blade into its designated slot until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Food: Wash and peel (if necessary) the food item you wish to slice or grate. Cut larger items into pieces that fit comfortably into the food holder.
2. Select Setting: Adjust the dial on the side of the grater to select your desired slice thickness or shred size. Refer to the markings on the dial for guidance.
3. Position Food: Place the food item into the food holder. Secure it firmly with the food pusher.
4. Grate/Slice: With firm, even pressure, slide the food holder with the food item along the grater blade. The sliced or grated food will fall into the collection tray below.
5. Repeat: Continue until all food is processed.

Tip: For best results, use fresh, firm vegetables. Softer vegetables may require a quicker, more decisive motion.

1. Immediate Cleaning: After each use, disassemble the unit and rinse all parts under running water to remove large food particles.
