Key Features
- Output Pressure: Delivers 1200-6000 PSI at the nozzle with an air compressor pressure range of 30 PSI to 150 PSI.
- Non-Slip Design: Unique knurling on the barrel enhances grip.
- 3-Way Loading: Compatible with standard 14 oz. grease cartridges, suction loading, or bulk filling.
- Ergonomic Grip: Non-slip rubber grip provides higher gripping friction for comfortable use.
- Leak Prevention: O-Ring sealed high-pressure piston design prevents grease leakage from the pump head.
- Air Vent Valve: Allows trapped air in the tube to be pushed out after use, ensuring efficient operation.
- Versatile Applications: Suitable for automotive, trailers, agriculture, industrial, and marine uses.
Setup and Loading Grease
Loading Methods:
The AZUNO Pneumatic Grease Gun supports three methods for loading grease:
- 14 oz. Cartridge Loading: Unscrew the barrel, insert a standard 14 oz. grease cartridge, and reattach the barrel.
- Suction Loading: Submerge the open end of the barrel into bulk grease and pull the plunger rod back to draw grease into the barrel.
- Bulk Filling: Use a loader pump to fill the barrel directly with bulk grease.

Preparation Steps for Smooth Operation:
Follow these steps to prepare the grease gun for use after loading grease:
- Tighten Barrel: Ensure the barrel is securely tightened after loading grease.
- Pull Plunger Rod: Pull the plunger rod back and release the plunger lock.
- Push Plunger Rod: Push the plunger rod back into the barrel.
- Connect Air Compressor: Connect the grease gun to an air compressor using the 1/4 NPT inlet.

Operating Instructions
Once the grease gun is loaded and connected to an air compressor (30-150 PSI), it is ready for operation.
- Attach Nozzle: Select the appropriate nozzle (flex hose, extension pipe with normal coupler, or sharp nozzle) and securely attach it to the grease gun. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leakage.
- Apply to Fitting: Place the nozzle firmly onto the grease fitting of the component to be lubricated.
- Dispense Grease: Press the trigger to dispense grease. Grease is delivered with each trigger pull. Release the trigger to stop the flow.
- Air Vent Valve: If air becomes trapped in the tube, open the air vent valve to release it, ensuring a continuous flow of grease.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the exterior of the grease gun to remove any excess grease or dirt.
- Storage: Store the grease gun in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
- Air Vent Valve: Regularly check the air vent valve for proper function to ensure efficient air purging.
- Connections: Periodically inspect all connections (hose, pipe, couplers) for tightness and wear. Replace any worn or damaged components.
- O-Rings: The O-ring sealed piston design helps prevent leaks. If leaks occur, inspect and replace O-rings as necessary.
