Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage or personal injury.
- This pavilion is designed for temporary use and provides protection from sun and light rain.
- Do not use the pavilion during strong winds, heavy rain, hail, or snow. Severe weather conditions can cause the pavilion to collapse, leading to damage or injury.
- If severe weather is anticipated, disassemble the pavilion and store it in a safe location.
- Ensure all components are securely fastened during assembly and regularly check for stability during use.
- Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
- Do not use open flames or heating appliances inside or near the pavilion.

3. Setup Instructions
Assembly typically requires two or more people and can be completed in a few minutes.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, level surface free from obstructions. Clear any sharp objects that could damage the tarpaulin.
- Assemble the Frame: Connect the coated metal pipes according to the included diagram. Ensure all connections are firm. The frame forms the basic structure of the pavilion.
- Attach the Roof Tarpaulin: Carefully drape the roof tarpaulin over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
- Secure the Roof: Use the integrated Velcro straps to secure the roof tarpaulin to the frame poles. This helps prevent movement and provides a snug fit.
- Install Side Panels: Attach the 8 removable side panels to the frame using the integrated zippers and Velcro fasteners. The side panels feature windows for light and visibility.
- Ground Anchoring: Secure the pavilion to the ground using the provided tension ropes and ground pegs. Attach ropes to the designated points on the frame and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle. This step is crucial for stability.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your pavilion.
- Cleaning: Clean the tarpaulin and frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Drying: Ensure all fabric components are completely dry before folding and storing to prevent mold and mildew.
- Storage: Store the pavilion in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the frame for any signs of damage or corrosion. Check the tarpaulin for tears or weak seams. Repair any damage promptly.
6. Troubleshooting
Common issues and their potential solutions:
- Instability: Ensure all frame connections are tight. Verify that tension ropes are taut and ground pegs are securely anchored. Re-position pegs if the ground is too soft.
- Water Accumulation on Roof: Ensure the roof tarpaulin is stretched tightly and evenly over the frame to prevent sagging. Water accumulation can lead to structural stress.
- Tears or Damage to Fabric: Small tears can often be repaired with a suitable repair kit for polyethylene tarpaulins. For larger damage, replacement parts may be necessary.
- Missing Parts: If parts are missing upon delivery, contact the retailer or manufacturer's customer service immediately.
