4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the massage mat and all accessories from the packaging. Check for any signs of damage.
2. Placement: Unfold the massage mat on a flat, stable surface such as a bed, sofa, or floor. Ensure there is enough space around the mat for comfortable use.
3. Connect Power: Insert the power adapter into the designated port on the massage mat. Then, plug the power adapter into a standard 230V electrical outlet.
4. Positioning: Lie down on the mat, ensuring your head is comfortably supported by the reinforced headrest.

5. Operating Instructions

Operation of the massage mat is facilitated by a wired remote control, which allows for easy adjustment of massage intensity and duration. A TIMER function enables customization of each massage session.

Remote Control Functions:

• Power Button: Turns the massage mat ON/OFF.
• Program Selection (P): Cycles through 6 pre-set massage programs.
• Massage Intensity (M): Adjusts the massage strength across 4 levels.
• Heat Function: Activates or deactivates the jade stone heating element.

Starting a Massage Session:
