1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the SoundPEATS TrueCapsule Wireless Earbuds. Please read this guide thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper operation and to maximize your listening experience.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the back of the case and to a USB power source. The LED indicators on the case will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

3.2 Pairing the Earbuds

For initial pairing, follow these steps:

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The right earbud's indicator light will flash red and white alternately, while the left earbud's indicator light will remain solid white.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device (e.g., smartphone, tablet).
3. Select "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule" from the list of available Bluetooth devices to complete the pairing.

4. Operating the Earbuds

4.1 Smart Touch Controls

The TrueCapsule earbuds feature smart touch controls for various functions:

• Play/Pause Music: Double-click the touch area on either earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Double-click the touch area on either earbud.
• Next Track: Long press the touch area on the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Previous Track: Long press the touch area on the left earbud for 1.5 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-click the touch area on either earbud.
• Volume Up: Single click the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Single click the left earbud.
• Power On: Hold the touch area for 1.5 seconds (when earbuds are off).
• Power Off: Hold the touch area for 8 seconds (when earbuds are on).

4.2 Mono Mode

For mono use, only the right earbud can be used independently. Simply take the right earbud out of the case, and it will connect to your device. The left earbud does not support independent mono mode.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the eartips and charging contacts, to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Charging Precautions

Always use the provided Micro USB cable for charging. It is recommended to use a 1A charger. Using high-speed chargers (e.g., those for smartphones) may damage the charging case or earbuds over time.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Earbuds Not Pairing or Connecting

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on your device and then turn it back on.
3. Remove "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule" from your device's Bluetooth list (Forget This Device).
4. Perform a reset of the earbuds (see section 6.2).
5. Place the earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again to re-enter pairing mode.

6.2 Resetting the Earbuds

If you experience connection issues or only one earbud is working, perform a reset:

1. Remove the pairing record "SOUNDPEATS TrueCapsule" from your device's Bluetooth list.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are charging (red indicator light).
3. Simultaneously press and hold the multi-function touch keys of both the left and right earbuds for 15 seconds.
4. Release when the white light of the LED indicator on both earbuds flashes twice for the second time. The reset is complete.
5. Repeat the pairing process (section 3.2).
