Setup Instructions

1. Connect the Adapter: Plug the included 20W USB-C fast charger into a power outlet.
2. Connect the Cable: Connect one end of the USB-C to Type-C cable to the 20W adapter and the other end to the USB-C input port on the back of the wireless charging stand.
3. Power On: Once connected, the charger is ready for use. A blue indicator light will illuminate for about 10 seconds when charging begins, then turn off to avoid disturbing sleep.

Device Does Not Fully Charge

If your iPhone with iOS 13 or later does not fully charge, it might be due to the "Optimized Battery Charging" feature. This feature may stop charging at 80% to preserve battery health.

• Solution: Long-press the "Optimized Battery Charging" notification on the lock screen and tap "Charge Now." Alternatively, go to the "Settings" app → "Battery" → "Battery Health & Charging" and turn off "Optimized Battery Charging."

Device Gets Hot During Charging

It is normal for the charger and device to become slightly warm during charging due to the temperature control function. However, if the device becomes excessively hot, consider the following:

• Solution 1: Turn off and cool down: If your iPhone gets hot, turn off the power and let it cool naturally. Avoid rapid cooling methods like placing it in a refrigerator, as sudden temperature changes can cause condensation and damage electronic components.
• Solution 2: Delete unnecessary data: Excessive data on your iPhone can burden the CPU, leading to heat. Check your iPhone's storage and delete unnecessary photos, videos, and unused apps. Go to "Settings" → "General" → "iPhone Storage" → "Select the app you want to delete."
