4.1 Front Panel Controls

  1. Power/Volume Knob (ن): Press to turn on/off. Rotate to adjust volume.
  2. SEL/CLK Button: Press to cycle through audio settings (Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader). Press and hold to set clock.
  3. MOD Button: Press to switch between modes (Radio, Bluetooth, USB, SD, AUX).
  4. IR Sensor: For remote control reception.
  5. Display: Shows current mode, frequency, track information, etc.
  6. Band/RND Button (BND): In radio mode, press to switch between FM1, FM2, FM3. In USB/SD mode, press for random playback.
  7. Previous/Rewind Button (|<): Short press for previous track/station. Long press to rewind.
  8. Next/Fast Forward Button (>|): Short press for next track/station. Long press to fast forward.
  9. Preset Buttons (1-6):
    • 1/|>||: Play/Pause. In radio mode, press to recall preset 1.
    • 2/INT: Intro scan. In radio mode, press to recall preset 2.
    • 3/RPT: Repeat. In radio mode, press to recall preset 3.
    • 4/RDM: Random play. In radio mode, press to recall preset 4.
    • 5/D-: Folder down. In radio mode, press to recall preset 5.
    • 6/D+: Folder up. In radio mode, press to recall preset 6.
  10. USB Port: Connect USB flash drives for media playback.
  11. Micro SD Card Slot: Insert Micro SD cards for media playback.

5. Setup

5.1 Installation

Professional installation is recommended for this auto stereo. Incorrect installation can damage the unit or your vehicle. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the unit for specific connections.

  • Power Connection: Connect the yellow wire to the constant 12V power supply, the red wire to the accessory 12V power supply (switched by ignition), and the black wire to ground.
  • Speaker Connection: Connect the speaker wires to the corresponding positive and negative terminals of your vehicle's speakers. Ensure correct polarity.
  • Antenna Connection: Connect the vehicle's antenna cable to the antenna input on the rear of the unit.
  • Mounting: Secure the unit into the dashboard using the provided mounting sleeve and brackets.

5.2 Initial Power On

After installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. Press the Power/Volume knob (ن) to turn on the unit. The display should light up, and the unit will typically start in Radio mode.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Basic Functions

  • Power On/Off: Press the Power/Volume knob (ن).
  • Volume Control: Rotate the Power/Volume knob (ن) clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
  • Mode Selection: Press the MOD button to cycle through available modes: Radio (FM), Bluetooth, USB, SD, AUX.
  • Audio Settings: Press the SEL button repeatedly to adjust Bass, Treble, Balance, Fader, EQ settings. Rotate the volume knob to change values.
  • Clock Setting: Press and hold the SEL/CLK button until the clock digits flash. Rotate the volume knob to adjust hours/minutes, then press SEL to confirm.

6.2 Radio Operation (FM)

  • Band Selection: In Radio mode, press the BND button to switch between FM1, FM2, and FM3 bands.
  • Automatic Tuning: Press and hold the |< or >| buttons to automatically scan for the next strong station.
  • Manual Tuning: Short press the |< or >| buttons to fine-tune the frequency step by step.
  • Storing Presets: Tune to your desired station. Press and hold one of the preset buttons (1-6) until you hear a beep. The station is now stored.
  • Recalling Presets: Short press a preset button (1-6) to recall the stored station.

6.3 Bluetooth Operation

  • Pairing:
    1. Switch the stereo to Bluetooth mode using the MOD button. The display will show "BT" or "PAIRING".
    2. On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
    3. Select "DW6207C" (or similar name) from the list. If prompted for a PIN, enter "0000".
    4. Once paired, the display will show "CONNECTED" or similar confirmation.
  • Audio Streaming: Play music on your paired device, and it will stream through the car stereo. Use the |<, >|, and 1/|>|| buttons to control playback.
  • Hands-Free Calling:
    • Answer Call: Press the 1/|>|| button.
    • End Call: Press the 1/|>|| button again.
    • Reject Call: Press and hold the 1/|>|| button.
    • Redial: In Bluetooth mode, press the 1/|>|| button twice to redial the last number.

6.4 USB/SD Playback

  • Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or a Micro SD card into the Micro SD slot. The unit will automatically switch to USB/SD mode and begin playback.
  • Play/Pause: Press the 1/|>|| button.
  • Next/Previous Track: Press the >| or |< buttons.
  • Fast Forward/Rewind: Press and hold the >| or |< buttons.
  • Repeat (RPT): Press the 3/RPT button to cycle through repeat modes (e.g., repeat one, repeat all).
  • Random (RDM): Press the 4/RDM button for random playback.
  • Folder Navigation: Use the 5/D- and 6/D+ buttons to navigate between folders on the USB/SD device.

6.5 Auxiliary Input (AUX)

Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX input jack (usually located on the front panel or rear, depending on model) using a 3.5mm audio cable. Press the MOD button until "AUX" appears on the display. Audio will play from the connected device.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning the Unit: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the front panel. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
  • USB/SD Card Care: Ensure USB drives and SD cards are inserted and removed carefully. Avoid bending or forcing them.
  • Fuse Replacement: If the unit does not power on, check the fuse located on the rear of the unit. Replace it with a fuse of the same amperage rating.
