2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the fan unit and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Base Assembly (if required): If the base is separate, align the base with the bottom of the fan unit and secure it according to the markings or click mechanism. Ensure it is stable.
3. Placement: Place the fan on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the fan for proper air circulation and oscillation. Do not block the air intake or exhaust.
4. Power Connection: Insert the power plug into a standard electrical outlet.
5. Remote Control Batteries: The remote control comes with batteries included. If replacing, ensure correct polarity.

5. Operating Instructions

The Moretti Tower Fan can be operated using the control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

5.1. Control Panel Functions

The control panel features an LED display and several buttons:

• Power Button (●): Press to turn the fan ON or OFF.
• Speed Button (▲/▼): Adjusts the fan speed. There are 7 speed settings.
• Oscillation Button (↻): Activates or deactivates the oscillation function. The fan can oscillate at 30, 60, 90, or 120 degrees.
• Timer Button (⏱): Sets the operating timer for up to 8 hours. Each press increases the timer setting.

5.2. Remote Control Functions

The remote control duplicates all functions available on the control panel, allowing convenient operation from a distance.

• Power: Turns the fan ON/OFF.
• Speed: Cycles through the 7 fan speed settings.
• Oscillation: Toggles the oscillation feature and adjusts the oscillation angle.
• Timer: Sets the automatic shut-off timer.

6. Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure optimal performance and longevity of your fan.

• Cleaning:
  • Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
  • Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • The fan features a removable filter. Regularly clean the filter by gently brushing off dust or vacuuming it. Ensure the filter is completely dry before reinserting.
  • Do not allow water to drip into the internal components.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the fan in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
