4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Alcatel Link Hub HH41NH router.

4.1. SIM Card Installation

2. Locate the Micro SIM card slot on the device.
3. Insert a standard Micro SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched corner oriented correctly. Push until it clicks into place.

4.2. Antenna Connection

1. Carefully screw the two external antennas into the designated LTE antenna ports on the back of the router.

4.3. Power Connection

1. Connect the power adapter to the router's power port.
2. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The Power LED should illuminate.

4.4. Initial Configuration (Web Interface)

1. Once powered on, the router will broadcast a Wi-Fi network. The default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password are typically found on a label on the bottom of the device.
2. Connect your computer or mobile device to this Wi-Fi network.
3. Open a web browser and enter the default IP address: 192.168.1.1
4. Log in using the default username and password (also usually found on the device label).
5. If the internet does not connect automatically, you may need to configure the Access Point Name (APN) settings. Navigate to the network settings in the web interface, add a new profile, and enter the APN details provided by your cellular carrier.
6. You can change the language of the web interface from the top of the screen if it is not in your preferred language.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Connecting Devices via Wi-Fi

To connect devices wirelessly:

1. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), search for available Wi-Fi networks.
2. Select the Wi-Fi network name (SSID) of your Alcatel Link Hub.
3. Enter the Wi-Fi password (WPA/WPA2 key) found on the device label or configured in the web interface.
4. The router supports up to 32 Wi-Fi users simultaneously.

5.2. Connecting Devices via LAN

For wired connections:

1. Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to a LAN port (LAN1 or LAN2) on the router.
2. Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on your computer or other network device.

• Router Disconnects Frequently:
