4. Setup
4.1. Inserting the SIM Card(s) and Battery
The Panasonic KX-TU110 supports Dual SIM functionality, allowing you to use two Mini SIM cards simultaneously.
- Remove the Back Cover: Gently pry open the back cover of the phone using the notch provided, usually at the bottom edge.
- Insert SIM Card(s): Locate the SIM card slots. Carefully slide your Mini SIM card(s) into the designated slots with the gold contacts facing down. Ensure they are securely in place.
- Insert Battery: Place the Lithium-polymer battery into its compartment, aligning the contacts with those on the phone.
- Replace Back Cover: Align the back cover and press firmly until it clicks into place all around the edges.
4.2. Charging the Battery
Before initial use, fully charge the phone's battery.
- Connect the Mini USB end of the charger cable to the charging port on the side of the phone.
- Plug the AC adapter into a power outlet.
- The charging indicator on the screen will show the charging status. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.

4.3. Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power/End Call button (red button) until the screen lights up.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power/End Call button until the power-off options appear, then select 'Power Off'.

5.2. Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call: Enter the phone number using the keypad and press the Call button (green button).
- To Answer a Call: Press the Call button when the phone rings.
- To End a Call: Press the End Call button (red button).
5.3. Sending and Receiving SMS Messages
- To Send an SMS: Go to Menu > Messages > Write Message. Enter your message, then select the recipient from your contacts or enter their number.
- To Read an SMS: New messages will typically appear as a notification. Go to Menu > Messages > Inbox to view received messages.
5.4. SOS Priority Call Function
The KX-TU110 features an SOS button for emergencies. You can pre-set up to 5 emergency contacts.
- Setting Up SOS Contacts: Navigate to Menu > SOS Settings. Add up to 5 contact numbers.
- Activating SOS: In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button on the back of the phone. The phone will automatically call the pre-set emergency contacts in sequence until one answers. Hands-free mode will be activated during these calls.

Adjust the call volume or ringtone volume using the dedicated volume control button located on the side of the phone. Slide it up to increase volume and down to decrease.
