1. Introduction

The JBL TUNE 120TWS are completely cord-free true wireless Bluetooth earbuds designed for on-the-go musical enjoyment and hands-free calling. They feature powerful JBL Pure Bass sound delivered by a 5.8mm driver, offering up to 16 hours of combined battery life with the compact charging case. The ergonomically shaped wireless earbuds, also ensure long-lasting comfort and include intuitive controls for easy management of music and calls, including one-click access to your voice assistant.

3. Setup

3.1 Charging

Before first use, fully charge your JBL Tune 120TWS headphones and charging case. The earbuds provide up to 4 hours of playback, and the charging case holds an additional 12 hours of charge, totaling up to 16 hours of battery life. The charging case can provide multiple full charges to the earbuds.

3.2 Pairing

The earbuds are designed for easy pairing. Once removed from the charging case, they will automatically enter pairing mode. Look for 'JBL Tune 120TWS' in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. The right earbud powers both earpieces; if the right earbud is placed back in the case, the left earbud will disconnect.

4. Operating the Headphones

4.1 Controls

The JBL Tune 120TWS features intuitive controls conveniently located on each earpiece. These controls allow you to manage your music playback, handle calls, and access your voice assistant with a single click. For specific button functions, refer to the Quick Start Guide.

The earbuds are equipped with an integrated microphone for stereo hands-free calls. While suitable for indoor use or quiet environments, call quality may be less optimal in noisy outdoor settings, potentially making it difficult for the other party to hear you clearly.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your JBL Tune 120TWS headphones, keep them clean and dry. Regularly clean the ear tips and charging contacts with a soft, dry cloth. Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

• Earbud Disconnection: If one earbud (especially the left) frequently disconnects or has intermittent sound, ensure the right earbud is always powered on as it controls the connection. Try resetting the earbuds by placing both back in the charging case and closing the lid.
• Pairing Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode (indicated by a blinking light). If issues persist, try forgetting the device in your Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
• Charging Problems: Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and a power source. Check the charging indicators on the case.
• Sound Quality: Ensure ear tips provide a good seal in your ear for optimal bass response. Adjust audio settings on your connected device if necessary.
