Setup

Initial Charge

1. Unfold the AC power prongs from the back of the powerstation hub.
2. Plug the powerstation hub directly into a wall outlet. The LED indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging status.
3. Allow the powerstation hub to fully charge before first use for optimal battery performance.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

The powerstation hub can charge multiple devices simultaneously using its various ports and wireless charging surface.

Using USB-C PD and USB-A Ports:

1. Connect your device's charging cable to the appropriate USB-C PD or USB-A port on the powerstation hub.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to your device. Charging will begin automatically.

Using Wireless Charging:

1. Ensure your device is Qi-enabled.
2. Press and hold the battery indicator button on the powerstation hub for approximately 3 seconds to activate wireless charging.
3. Place your Qi-enabled device on the rubberized, non-slip wireless charging surface of the powerstation hub. Ensure the device is centered for optimal charging.
4. The device's screen should indicate that charging has begun.

Recharging the powerstation hub

You can recharge the powerstation hub using its foldable AC prongs or the USB-C PD port.

Via AC Outlet:

1. Unfold the AC prongs and plug the powerstation hub into a standard wall outlet.
2. The LED indicators will show the charging progress.

Via USB-C PD:

1. Connect a USB-C to USB-C cable (not included) to the powerstation hub's USB-C PD port.
2. Connect the other end to a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included).
3. The LED indicators will show the charging progress.

Care and Storage

• Keep the powerstation hub dry and away from moisture.
• Clean the surface with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Avoid extreme temperatures, as this can affect battery life.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions

• Device not charging via USB:
  • Ensure the powerstation hub has sufficient charge.
  • Check that the charging cable is securely connected to both the powerstation hub and your device.
  • Try a different USB port or cable.
• Device not charging wirelessly:
  • Verify your device is Qi-enabled.
  • Press and hold the battery indicator button for 3 seconds to activate the wireless charging function.
  • Ensure your device is properly centered on the wireless charging surface.
  • Remove any thick cases from your device that might interfere with wireless charging.
• Powerstation hub not recharging:
  • If using AC prongs, ensure they are fully extended and securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
  • If using USB-C PD, ensure the cable and power adapter are functional and correctly connected.
• LED indicators not lighting up:
  • The powerstation hub may be completely depleted. Plug it into an AC outlet and allow it to charge for a few minutes before checking the indicators again.
