5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning Your Watch

Wipe the watch case and band with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid using chemical cleaners, as they may damage the watch's materials.

5.2 Water Resistance

The LASIKA WF062 watch is water resistant. This means it can withstand splashes, rain, and brief immersion in water. Do not press any buttons while the watch is submerged in water. Avoid hot water, steam, or prolonged exposure to water, as this can compromise the water resistance seals.

5.3 Battery Replacement

When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure the water resistance seal is properly maintained.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery.
  • Time is incorrect: Re-set the time following the instructions in Section 3.1. Ensure you are in the correct 12/24-hour format if applicable.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, though not specified for this model). If the issue persists, a battery replacement might resolve it, or there could be an internal malfunction.
  • Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage. Avoid exposing the watch to water if seals are compromised.
