3. Setup: Setting Time, Date, and Day

Follow these steps carefully to set the correct time, date, and day on your watch. This model has a specific setting procedure:

From the standard Time display screen, press and hold the MODE button. Continue holding until you see a date and minutes screen appear. Release the MODE button.
Press the MODE button again. The Time screen will now appear with the seconds flashing, indicating you are in setting mode.

To record a split time (lap time) while the chronograph is running, press the RESET button. The display will show the split time while the chronograph continues to run in the background. Press RESET again to return to the running chronograph display.
To stop the chronograph completely, ensure it is running, then press ST/STP.
To reset the chronograph to zero, ensure it is stopped, then press the RESET button.
Press the MODE button to exit chronograph mode and return to the standard Time display.
