Wiring diagram for eMylo RF Relay Switch

Image: A clear wiring diagram illustrating the connection of the eMylo RF Relay Switch between a power source and a load (light bulb). It shows connections for Null line and Live line.

  1. Disconnect Power: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker to prevent electric shock.
  2. Identify Wires: Identify the Live (L) and Null (N) lines from your power source and to your appliance (load).
  3. Connect Input: Connect the Live line from your power source to the "Live line" input terminal on the relay switch. Connect the Null line from your power source to the "Null line" input terminal.
  4. Connect Output: Connect the "Live line" output terminal of the relay switch to the Live line of your appliance. Connect the "Null line" output terminal of the relay switch to the Null line of your appliance.
  5. Secure Connections: Ensure all wires are securely inserted into the quick-connect terminals.
  6. Restore Power: Once all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.

Note: The provided wiring diagram illustrates connection points. Please ensure your power source is 90-250V AC, as specified for this product, despite the diagram showing DC 5-24V. The connection principle for Live and Null lines remains the same. Always verify voltage compatibility.

5. Operating Instructions

The eMylo RF Relay Switch operates using the included remote control transmitters. Each switch has two channels (A and B) that can be controlled independently.

Pairing the Remote Control:

The relay switch and remote controls are typically pre-paired. If re-pairing is needed or if you are adding new remotes:

  1. Clear Existing Codes (Optional): To clear all existing paired remotes, press and hold the learning button on the relay module for approximately 8 seconds until the indicator light flashes rapidly and then turns off. This will erase all previously stored remote codes.
  2. Enter Learning Mode: Briefly press the learning button on the relay module once. The indicator light will turn on, indicating it's in learning mode.
  3. Press Remote Button: Press the desired button (A or B) on your remote control. The indicator light on the relay module will flash once and then turn off, confirming successful pairing for that channel.
  4. Repeat for Second Channel (if applicable): If your remote has two buttons (A and B) and you want to control both channels, repeat step 2 and 3 for the second button.
  5. Test Operation: After pairing, press the remote control buttons to test the functionality of the relay switch.

Controlling Appliances:

  • Press button A on the remote to toggle the state of Channel 1 (ON/OFF).
  • Press button B on the remote to toggle the state of Channel 2 (ON/OFF).
