Setup and Installation
The Eldom Favourite Digital water heater is designed for vertical wall mounting. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the full weight of the water heater when filled with water (approximately 44 kg).

Wi-Fi Connectivity and App Control

- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your water heater to your Wi-Fi network.
- Once connected, you can manage settings, view energy consumption, and utilize the anode tester feature remotely.
A full 30-liter tank, when mixed with cold water, provides approximately 50 liters of hot water at 37°C.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your water heater.
- Anode Protection: The water heater is equipped with two magnesium protection anodes. These anodes help prevent corrosion of the tank. The Eldom app includes an anode tester feature to monitor their condition. Anodes should be inspected and replaced periodically by a qualified technician, typically every 1-2 years, depending on water quality.
- Pressure Relief Valve: Periodically check the pressure relief valve to ensure it is not blocked and is functioning correctly. Refer to local plumbing codes for proper testing procedures.
- Draining the Tank: If the water heater will be out of use for an extended period or if there is a risk of freezing, drain the tank completely. Refer to the technical drawing for the water drain point.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the water heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting

- No Hot Water:
- Check if the power supply is connected and the circuit breaker is on.
- Verify the temperature setting on the digital display or via the app.
- Ensure the delayed start function is not active.
- Insufficient Hot Water:
- Increase the temperature setting.

- Allow sufficient time for the water to heat up, especially after high demand.
- Water Leakage:
