3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

• Transmitter: The CR2032 battery is typically pre-installed. If replacement is needed, open the battery compartment on the back of the transmitter and insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
• Receiver: The receiver requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the back of the receiver and insert the batteries according to the polarity markings.

The receiver can be connected to your camera in two ways: wirelessly via the hot shoe or wired via a connecting cable.
