Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to set up your PAWISE Collapsible Soft Dog Crate:
- Unpack the crate from its carrying bag.
- Unfold the crate. The extra-strong steel frame allows for quick setup without tools.
- Insert the firm bottom mat with the soft covering into the base of the crate. Ensure it lies flat for your pet's comfort.
- If using outdoors, utilize the provided stakes to secure the crate to the ground, preventing it from blowing away.

Operating Your Dog Crate

Doors and Ventilation
The crate features three mesh doors (front and sides) that can be opened or closed.
- To open a door, unzip it completely.
- Roll up the mesh door and secure it using the hook and loop fastener closure at the top to allow your pet to enter and exit freely, or to increase airflow.
- To close, unroll the mesh door and zip it securely.

Care and Maintenance

- Cleaning the Mat: The soft dog crate mat features a removable cover with a zipper on the back. Unzip the cover and machine wash it as needed.
- Crate Cleaning: The main fabric of the crate can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Allow to air dry completely before folding or storing.

Troubleshooting
Crate Stability
If the crate appears unstable, ensure all steel frame components are fully extended and locked into place. For outdoor use, utilize the provided ground stakes.
Zippers Sticking
If zippers become stiff, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or a graphite pencil to the teeth. Avoid forcing the zipper.
Odor
A new product may have a slight manufacturing odor. Air out the crate in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours before first use. Ensure the mat is regularly cleaned.
