4. Operating Instructions
4.1. General Operation
The appliance features a digital display for time and temperature settings, and a 360° rotary knob with LED illumination for easy control.

4.2. Making Ice Cream or Sorbet
- Prepare your desired ice cream or sorbet mixture according to a recipe. Ensure ingredients are well-chilled for best results.
- Place the mixing bowl into the main unit. Insert the mixing paddle into the bowl and secure the transparent lid.
- Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl through the opening in the lid.
- Select the appropriate program using the rotary knob. The appliance will automatically cool and churn the mixture.
- You can add additional ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit pieces through the lid opening during the last few minutes of churning.
- Once the preparation time is complete, the automatic "KeepCooling" function will activate, maintaining the temperature for up to 60 minutes to prevent melting.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer.

4.3. Making Yogurt
- Prepare your yogurt mixture according to a recipe. This typically involves heating milk and adding a yogurt starter culture.
- Pour the mixture into the removable mixing bowl.
- Place the bowl into the main unit and secure the transparent lid. The mixing paddle is generally not used for yogurt making.
- Select the yogurt program using the rotary knob. The appliance will maintain the optimal temperature for fermentation.
- Once the yogurt program is complete, the yogurt can be chilled in the refrigerator.
