Note: If the appliance is not in standby mode, the [start button] button must be pressed twice.
The program starts. For cocoa and hot chocolate, add the desired amount of cocoa powder or chocolate (see Preparation Instructions). Once processing is complete, heating and stirring stop automatically. You can now remove the milk container from the base. Pour out the prepared food or use a spoon to remove milk froth. Do not leave residues. Unplug the power cord after use. Allow the appliance to cool and clean it before starting a new cycle.
Preparation Instructions
Milk froth:
We recommend using milk with a high protein content. For best results, milk should be taken from the refrigerator just before frothing. For thicker froth, first do a cold-frothing cycle, then a hot-frothing cycle.
Hot chocolate / cocoa:
To prepare chocolate drinks from milk and chocolate or cocoa. Grate chocolate finely before preparation. Alternatively, break chocolate into pieces of at least 5 x 4 cm. Caution: Do not use melted chocolate! Add chocolate/cocoa only after the program has started and the milk is being stirred, otherwise the stirring tool may jam. Recommended amounts: 200 ml milk → approx. 15-20 g; 350 ml milk → approx. 30-35 g.
Interrupting a Cycle
The heating or stirring process can be stopped at any time by pressing the [stop button] button.
Automatic Switch-off
The appliance switches off automatically two minutes after non-use.
Cleaning and Care
Always unplug the appliance and let it cool before cleaning. To avoid electric shock, do not clean the base or power cord with water or immerse them. Clean the base with a soft, damp cloth and detergent. Clean the milk container, stirring tools, and lid after each use with hot water and detergent, or in the dishwasher. Use a brush for the serrated stirring tool if needed. Dry all parts thoroughly. Do not use abrasive or concentrated cleaning agents.
