Setup

1. Charge the Massager: Before first use, ensure the massager is fully charged. Connect the appropriate adapter (home or car) to the massager's power input.
2. Positioning: Place the U-shaped massager around your neck and shoulders, or on the desired body part (back, waist, legs, calves, feet).
3. Secure with Arm Straps: For hands-free operation or to adjust intensity, slide your arms through the multi-purpose arm straps. You can pull the straps to increase massage intensity or use the integrated back strap to hold it in place.

Operating Instructions
