1. Introduction
The Yaeccc SN-622 LCD Screen Separator Machine is designed to facilitate the separation of glass from LCD screens in various electronic devices, including cellphones and tablets up to 7 inches. This device utilizes a high-quality aluminum alloy heating plate with a built-in pump to create a vacuum, securely holding the screen while heat softens the adhesive. This process allows for efficient and precise screen component removal, aiding in repair and refurbishment tasks.
Key Features:
- High-quality aluminum alloy heating plate for fast and even heat distribution.
- Built-in vacuum pump for secure screen holding.
- CPU-controlled temperature with accurate digital display.
- Suitable for LCD screens up to 7 inches.
2. Safety Information
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the device. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the device is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage (110V for US Standard). Do not operate with wet hands or in damp environments. Disconnect power before cleaning or maintenance.
- Heat Safety: The heating plate can reach high temperatures (up to 130°C). Always wear heat-resistant gloves when handling the device or screens during operation. Avoid direct contact with the heating plate. Allow the device to cool completely before storing.
- Ventilation: Operate the device in a well-ventilated area to dissipate any fumes from adhesives.
- Children and Pets: Keep the device out of reach of children and pets.
- Intended Use: Use the device only for its intended purpose of LCD screen separation. Do not modify the device.
3. Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in the package:
- 1 x Yaeccc SN-622 LCD Screen Repair Separator Machine
- 1 x Adsorption Silicone Pad
- 1 x Power Line (US Standard)
4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Placement: Place the LCD Screen Separator Machine on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface in a well-ventilated area. Ensure there is sufficient space around the device for operation and heat dissipation.
- Silicone Pad: Place the adsorption silicone pad onto the heating plate. This pad helps protect the screen and improve vacuum suction.
- Power Connection: Connect the power line to the machine's power input port located at the rear. Plug the other end into a standard 110V AC grounded power outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the main power switch located at the rear of the machine to the 'ON' position. The digital temperature display on the front panel will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Use the 'SET' button and arrow keys (up/down) on the control panel to adjust the desired temperature. The recommended temperature for most LCD screen separations is between 80°C and 100°C, but this may vary depending on the adhesive type and screen model. Refer to specific device repair guides for optimal temperature settings.
- Heating: Press the 'Start' button to begin heating the plate. The display will show the current temperature, which will gradually rise to the set temperature. Allow a few minutes for the plate to reach and stabilize at the target temperature.
- Place Screen: Carefully place the LCD screen (with the glass side facing up) onto the silicone pad on the heated plate. Ensure the screen is centered and lies flat. The built-in vacuum pump will automatically activate to hold the screen securely in place.
- Separate Screen: Once the adhesive has softened (typically after 2-5 minutes, depending on temperature and adhesive), use a thin, non-metallic tool (e.g., plastic pry tool, guitar pick) to gently separate the glass from the LCD. Work slowly and carefully around the edges to avoid damaging the LCD or other components.
- Power Off: After separation, press the 'Start' button again to stop heating and deactivate the vacuum pump. Flip the main power switch to 'OFF' and disconnect the power cord.
- Cool Down: Allow the machine and the separated screen components to cool down completely before handling them without protective gear.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Yaeccc SN-622 machine.
- Cleaning: After each use, ensure the machine is powered off and cooled. Wipe the heating plate and silicone pad with a soft, damp cloth to remove any adhesive residue or debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the machine in a clean, dry, and dust-free environment when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord for any signs of damage. If damaged, discontinue use and contact support.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not power on | Power cord not connected; Power switch off; Outlet issue | Check power cord connection; Ensure power switch is ON; Test outlet with another device |
| Heating plate not heating | 'Start' button not pressed; Temperature set too low; Internal fault | Press 'Start' button; Increase temperature setting; Contact support if issue persists |
| Poor vacuum suction | Silicone pad not properly placed; Screen not flat on pad; Vacuum pump issue | Ensure silicone pad is clean and flat; Reposition screen; Check for blockages in vacuum holes |
| Temperature display inaccurate | Sensor issue; External factors | Allow machine to stabilize; If persistent, contact support |
