Important Safety Instructions

- Store indoors in a dry place.
- Do not charge the battery pack outdoors.
- Use only the charger specified by the manufacturer.
- Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. Batteries can explode in a fire.

Setup
1. Battery Installation and Charging
The Hoover ONEPWR Handheld Vacuum uses a removable ONEPWR battery. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use.
- To install the battery, align the battery pack with the slot at the base of the vacuum and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
- To charge the battery, remove it from the vacuum by pressing the release button and sliding it out.
- Place the battery into the charging dock. The indicator lights on the charger will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours.

2. Attaching the Crevice Tool
The vacuum comes with an on-board crevice tool for reaching tight spaces.
- To attach, simply slide the crevice tool onto the nozzle of the vacuum until it fits snugly.
- To remove, pull the tool off the nozzle.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
To turn the vacuum on, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position. To turn it off, slide the switch to the 'OFF' position.
2. General Cleaning
For general cleaning of dry debris on various surfaces like carpets, hard floors, and upholstery, hold the vacuum by the handle and move the nozzle over the area to be cleaned. The powerful suction will pick up dirt and debris.

3. Using the Crevice Tool
Attach the crevice tool for cleaning in narrow gaps, corners, and hard-to-reach areas such as car interiors, between couch cushions, or along baseboards.

Maintenance
1. Emptying the Dirt Cup
The vacuum features an XL easy-empty dirt cup. For optimal performance, empty the dirt cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX fill line.
- Hold the vacuum over a trash receptacle.
- Press the dirt cup release button, usually located near the nozzle, to detach the dirt cup.
- Open the dirt cup and shake out the contents.
- Reattach the dirt cup to the vacuum, ensuring it clicks into place.

2. Cleaning the Filter
The rinsable filter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power. It is recommended to clean the filter every 4-6 uses, or more frequently with heavy use.
- Remove the dirt cup as described above.
- Carefully remove the filter assembly from inside the dirt cup.
- Tap the filter gently over a trash can to remove loose debris.
- Rinse the filter under running water until clean. Do not use detergent.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it into the vacuum. Using a wet filter can damage the motor.

Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the battery is fully charged and properly inserted. Check if the power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Reduced Suction: Check the dirt cup and empty if full. Inspect the filter for clogs and clean if necessary. Ensure the nozzle and any attachments are free from blockages.
- Unusual Noise: Turn off the vacuum immediately. Check for any foreign objects lodged in the nozzle, dirt cup, or filter area. If the noise persists after clearing, contact customer support.
- Battery Not Charging: Verify the charger is correctly plugged into a working outlet and the battery is properly seated in the charging dock. Check for any damage to the battery or charger.
