Cleaning Your Keyboard
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DURGOD K320 TKL, regular cleaning is recommended:
- Disconnect the keyboard from your computer before cleaning.
- Use a can of compressed air to blow away dust and debris from between the keycaps.
- For stubborn dirt, gently remove keycaps using the provided keycap puller. Clean the keycaps with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Wipe the keyboard surface with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid excessive moisture.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and your computer. Try a different USB port or cable.
- Keys not registering correctly (ghosting/chattering): The K320 features NKRO to prevent ghosting. If issues persist, ensure your operating system drivers are up to date. Consider updating the keyboard firmware via the DURGOD Zeus Engine software.
