1. Product Overview
The VESSEL IBMG90PH2K5 set includes five PH2x90mm Impact Ball Torsion Bits and one Mag Charge Holder. These bits are engineered for use with high-power impact drivers, featuring a 1/4-inch drive and constructed from VoHA special alloy steel for enhanced durability. The unique impact ball torsion technology is designed to absorb impact forces, while the bits' HRC62 hardness ensures longevity. Each bit is magnetized for secure fastener retention.

2. Setup and Preparation
2.1 Bit Installation
Insert the 1/4-inch hex shank of the impact bit firmly into the chuck of your impact driver. Ensure the bit is fully seated and locked into place before operation.
2.2 Using the Mag Charge Holder
The included Mag Charge Holder allows for easy magnetization and demagnetization of the bits. This feature helps in holding screws securely to the bit tip during fastening tasks.
- To Magnetize: Slide the bit through the '+' slot of the Mag Charge Holder.
- To Demagnetize: Slide the bit through the '-' slot of the Mag Charge Holder.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 General Use
These bits are designed for driving Phillips head screws with an impact driver. Ensure the bit tip matches the screw head size (PH2) to prevent stripping and ensure efficient power transfer.
3.2 Impact Ball Torsion Technology
The impact ball torsion design allows the bit to flex and absorb the high torque and impact forces generated by an impact driver. This reduces stress on the bit tip and the screw head, minimizing cam-out and extending the lifespan of both the bit and the fastener.

4. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: After use, wipe bits clean to remove any debris or metal shavings.
- Storage: Store bits in a dry environment to prevent rust. The included Mag Charge Holder can also serve as a storage solution.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect bits for signs of wear, such as rounded tips or cracks. Replace worn bits to maintain optimal performance and prevent damage to fasteners.
5. Troubleshooting
- Bit Slipping/Cam-out: Ensure the bit is fully seated in the screw head and apply adequate downward pressure. Verify the bit size (PH2) matches the screw.
- Reduced Magnetic Hold: Re-magnetize the bit using the '+' slot of the Mag Charge Holder.
- Excessive Bit Wear: Ensure proper technique and bit-to-screw fit. Replace bits showing significant wear.
