Setup
Charging the Battery
The Wave Rider speaker comes with a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, fully charge the battery for optimal performance.
- Connect the included charger to the DC Charging 5V, 2.0A port on the speaker.
- Plug the charger into a standard power outlet.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. It will change color or turn off when charging is complete.
- A full charge provides approximately 20 hours of continuous use.
Powering On/Off
To power on the speaker, press and hold the Power button until you hear the "power on" prompt.
To power off the speaker, press and hold the Power button until you hear the "power off" prompt.
Operating Instructions
Bluetooth Pairing
The Wave Rider speaker streams music wirelessly from any Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Ensure the speaker is powered on. It will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a flashing Bluetooth LED.
- On your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
- Select "ION Wave Rider" from the list of available devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth LED will glow solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.
- To disconnect, disable Bluetooth on your device or power off the speaker.
Audio Playback
After successful Bluetooth pairing, you can play audio from your connected device.
- Volume Control: Adjust the volume using the volume buttons on the speaker or directly from your connected device.
- Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button on the speaker to control audio playback.
- Track Navigation: Use the Next/Previous track buttons on the speaker to skip tracks.
- Auxiliary Input: For non-Bluetooth devices, connect an audio cable (not included) to the auxiliary input port.
Voice Assistant Integration
The speaker works with voice assistants like Siri. Press the dedicated voice assistant button (if available) or activate it through your connected device.

Important:
- Do not submerge the speaker for prolonged periods or beyond the specified depth.
- If the speaker gets wet, especially the speaker grille, shake out excess water to prevent distorted sound.
- Ensure charging port is dry before connecting charger.
