4. Setup Guide
4.1 Physical Connections
Connect the decoder to your network, power source, and display devices as follows:
- Connect the 12V power adapter to the DC12V port on the decoder and plug it into a power outlet.
- Connect an Ethernet cable from your network router or switch to the LAN port on the decoder.
- Connect your display device (monitor, TV, or projector) to the decoder using an HDMI, VGA, or CVBS cable.

4.2 Network Configuration
The decoder can obtain an IP address automatically via DHCP or be configured with a static IP address. Access the web interface to manage network settings.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Accessing the Web Interface
To configure the decoder, access its web interface:
- Ensure the decoder is connected to your network and powered on.
- Use a computer connected to the same network.
- Open a web browser and enter the decoder's IP address (e.g.,
http://192.168.1.168) in the address bar. The default IP address can usually be found in the device's documentation or by using a network scanning tool. - Log in with the default username and password (refer to device documentation for defaults).
5.2 Decoding Modes and Address Settings
The decoder supports both single-channel and multi-channel decoding. Navigate to the 'Address setting' section in the web interface to configure input streams.

To configure 4-channel decoding, select '4' for 'decode wndnum' and enter the network stream addresses for each channel. Click 'apply' to save changes.

5.3 System Output and OSD Settings
In the 'System setting' section, you can adjust output parameters such as resolution, rotation, brightness, contrast, hue, and saturation. The 'Osd setting' allows you to configure on-screen display elements.

5.4 System Update
To update the decoder's firmware, navigate to the 'System update' section in the web interface. Select the firmware file and click 'upload'. Do not power off the device during the update process.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
- Firmware Updates: Regularly check for and install firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
- Ventilation: Ensure the device has adequate ventilation to prevent overheating. Do not block ventilation openings.

7.1 No Video Output
- Check all cable connections (HDMI, VGA, CVBS) to ensure they are secure.
- Verify the display device is powered on and set to the correct input source.

- Verify the decoder's IP address and network settings in the web interface. Try rebooting the decoder and your router.
7.3 Audio Delay
- Check for any audio synchronization settings within the decoder's web interface.
- Ensure the input stream itself does not have an inherent audio delay.
- Try restarting the decoding process or the device.
