Package Contents
Verify that all items are present in the package:
- 1 x Richmat HJA1S Actuator Motor
- 1 x Wired Remote Control
- 1 x Power Cord
Setup and Installation
This actuator motor is designed for easy replacement in compatible adjustable bed frames. Ensure the bed frame is unplugged from the power outlet before beginning installation.
- Compatibility Check: Before installation, verify that the center distance between the two mounting bars on your old motor is approximately 581 mm (±2mm). This motor is a replacement for OKIMAT 2, DEWERT OKIN LIMOSSI, and similar dual actuator motors.
- Remove Old Motor: Carefully disconnect the old motor from the bed frame and unplug any electrical connections.
- Position New Motor: Align the new Richmat HJA1S motor with the mounting points on your bed frame.
- Secure Motor: Secure the motor to the bed frame using appropriate fasteners (not included, typically reused from the old motor or provided with the bed frame). Ensure it is firmly attached and stable.
- Connect Remote Control: Plug the wired remote control into the designated port on the actuator motor.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the motor, then plug the other end into a standard 110V power outlet.

Operating Instructions
The Richmat HJA1S actuator motor provides functional back and foot rise and fall adjustments for your bed frame. It does not control the overall height of the bed or provide massage functions.
- Remote Control: Use the wired remote control to adjust the bed's positions. The remote typically has buttons for:
- Head Up / Head Down
- Foot Up / Foot Down
- Operation: Press and hold the desired button on the remote control to move the corresponding section of the bed. Release the button to stop movement.
- Duty Cycle: The motor has a duty cycle of 10% max, meaning it can operate for 2 minutes continuously, followed by 18 minutes of rest. This prevents overheating and prolongs motor life. Avoid continuous operation beyond the recommended duty cycle.
Maintenance
The Richmat HJA1S actuator motor requires minimal maintenance. Following these guidelines will help ensure its longevity:
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the motor and remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no liquids enter the motor housing or remote.
- Cable Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord and remote control cable for any signs of damage, fraying, or kinks. Replace if damage is found.
- Mounting Check: Occasionally check that the motor remains securely mounted to the bed frame. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of the motor (6500N x 2).
