Setup
Assembling the Hand Blender
- Ensure the motor unit is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Align the blending foot with the motor unit.
- Push the blending foot onto the motor unit until it clicks securely into place.

Assembling the Chopper Attachment
- Place the chopper blade onto the central pin inside the chopper bowl.
- Add ingredients to the chopper bowl.
- Place the chopper lid onto the bowl, ensuring it is properly seated.
- Attach the motor unit to the chopper lid by aligning and twisting until it locks.
Assembling the Whisk Attachment
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Attach the motor unit to the whisk gear box by aligning and pushing until it clicks.
Operating Instructions
The Bosch ErgoMixx features a powerful 1000 W motor, 12 speed settings, and a Turbo function for optimal results.
Using the Hand Blender (Blending Foot)
- Ensure the blending foot is securely attached to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blending foot into the ingredients in a suitable container (e.g., the measuring beaker or a pot).
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Select the desired speed using the 12-speed selector dial on the handle.
- Press and hold the power button to start blending. For maximum power, press the Turbo button.
- Move the blender gently up and down to ensure even blending.
- Release the power button to stop. Unplug the appliance after use.

Using the Chopper Attachment
- Assemble the chopper as described in the Setup section.
- Ensure the motor unit is securely attached to the chopper lid.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Press and hold the power button to start chopping. Use short pulses for coarse chopping, or hold longer for finer results.
- Release the power button to stop. Unplug the appliance after use.
- For ice crushing, use the dedicated ice blade and ensure only small ice cubes are processed.
Using the Whisk Attachment
- Assemble the whisk as described in the Setup section.
- Ensure the motor unit is securely attached to the whisk gear box.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Immerse the whisk into the ingredients (e.g., cream, egg whites) in a suitable bowl.
- Select a low speed initially, then gradually increase as needed.
- Press and hold the power button to start whisking.
- Release the power button to stop. Unplug the appliance after use.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe with a damp cloth. Never immerse in water or wash under running water.
- Blending Foot: Detach from the motor unit. Rinse under running water. For stubborn food residue, use a brush.
