Charging the Trimmer
The KEMEI Hair Trimmer KM-5026 is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Polymer battery. For optimal performance and battery life, ensure the trimmer is fully charged before its first use.
- Locate the charging port at the bottom of the trimmer.
- Insert the small end of the provided USB charging cable into the trimmer's charging port.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible USB power source (e.g., a computer USB port, a USB wall adapter, or a power bank). Note: A USB wall adapter is not included in the package.
- The "CHARGE" indicator light on the trimmer will illuminate to show that it is charging.
- Allow the trimmer to charge completely. The indicator light may change color or turn off once fully charged (refer to specific product behavior if different).
- Once fully charged, disconnect the USB cable from both the power source and the trimmer.

Setup and Operation
Attaching Guide Combs:
The trimmer comes with four guide combs (1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm) to achieve desired hair lengths.
- Ensure the trimmer is turned off before attaching or removing guide combs.
- Select the desired guide comb.
- Align the comb with the trimmer blade and push it firmly until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently pull the comb away from the blade.
Trimming Techniques:
For best results, ensure hair is clean and dry before trimming.
- General Trimming: Attach a guide comb. Hold the trimmer with the blade teeth pointing upwards. Begin trimming from the bottom of the desired area, moving upwards against the direction of hair growth.
- Close Shave/Detailing: For a very close cut or precise detailing, remove the guide comb and use the 0mm T-blade directly on the skin. Move the trimmer slowly and carefully. Take the clipper closer to your skin to prevent pulling hair.
- Low Noise Operation: The trimmer is designed for quiet operation. This feature allows for use without causing disturbance.
- Even Cut: For an even cut, make multiple passes over the same area, changing the direction of the trimmer to catch all hairs.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your KEMEI Hair Trimmer.
- Turn Off and Unplug: Always ensure the trimmer is turned off and unplugged from any power source before cleaning.
- Remove Guide Comb: Detach any attached guide comb.
- Clean Blades: Use the provided cleaning brush to brush away loose hairs from the blades and the trimmer head. For thorough cleaning, you may carefully remove the blade assembly (refer to specific product instructions if available for blade removal).
- Wipe Body: Wipe the body of the trimmer with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the trimmer in water.
- Lubricate Blades: Periodically apply a small drop of clipper oil (not included) to the blades to maintain their sharpness and smooth operation. Turn the trimmer on for a few seconds to distribute the oil.
- Storage: Store the trimmer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
