1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your Innsky 5.5L Air Fryer, Model IS-EE003. Please read these instructions thoroughly before first use and retain for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
  • To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
  • Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
  • Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
  • Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
  • The appliance contains an overheating protection system. If the internal temperature control system fails, the overheating protection activates automatically.

4. Setup and First Use

Unpacking

  1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers.
  2. Ensure all components are present and undamaged.

Cleaning Before First Use

  1. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
  2. Wash the frying basket and basket holder with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Placement

  • Place the air fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure adequate air circulation around the appliance (at least 10 cm clearance on all sides).
  • Do not place near flammable materials.

5. Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

  1. Plug the appliance into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Carefully pull the basket holder out of the air fryer.
  3. Place ingredients into the frying basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  4. Slide the basket holder back into the air fryer. Ensure it clicks into place.
  5. Press the Power button to turn on the display.
  6. Select a preset program or manually set the desired temperature and time using the control buttons.
  7. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.
  8. During cooking, you can pause the process to shake or turn food by pulling out the basket. The appliance will resume when the basket is reinserted.
  9. Once cooking is complete, the timer will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and remove food.

Cooking Tips

  • For crispier results, lightly spray or brush food with oil.
  • Shake smaller ingredients halfway through cooking for even results.
  • The air fryer uses 360° hot air circulation for efficient cooking.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Clean the appliance after every use.

Cleaning Procedure

  1. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  3. The frying basket and basket holder are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  4. Clean the interior of the appliance with a non-abrasive sponge and warm water.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before storage.

7. Troubleshooting
