Key Features

Setup Guide

1. Prepare the Micro SD Card

A micro SD card (up to 32GB, not included) is required for operation. Before first use, format the SD card within the dash cam's settings to ensure proper functionality and prevent recording errors. Use a high-speed Class 10 or higher micro SD card.

2. Install the Front Dash Cam

  1. Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
  2. Attach the suction mount to the dash cam.
  3. Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and lock it into place. Position the camera to ensure a clear view of the road without obstructing your driving vision.

3. Install the Rear Camera

  1. Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield or license plate area. Ensure it has a clear view.
  2. Connect the rear camera cable to the main dash cam unit.
  3. Route the cable neatly along the vehicle's interior trim to avoid interference with driving.

4. Power Connection

Connect the car charger to the dash cam's power input and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle starts, and power off when the vehicle is turned off.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

Loop Recording

The dash cam records video in continuous loops (e.g., 1, 3, or 5-minute segments). When the memory card is full, the oldest unlocked video files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures you always have the most recent footage.

G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)

The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or rapid acceleration/deceleration. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. These locked files are stored in a separate folder on the SD card.

Parking Monitor

When enabled, the parking monitor function allows the dash cam to automatically record if it detects a collision or vibration while your vehicle is parked. This feature requires a continuous power supply, typically through a hardwire kit (sold separately) or a dedicated power bank, as the standard car charger only provides power when the ignition is on.

Night Vision and WDR

The dash cam incorporates 6 unique infrared LED fill lights and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology. These features work together to enhance video clarity and exposure balance, ensuring optimal recording quality even in low-light conditions or at night.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Dash cam does not power on.
  • Check if the car charger is properly connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet.
  • Ensure the vehicle's cigarette lighter socket is receiving power.
  • The internal battery might be depleted; try charging it for a few minutes.
Dash cam turns on and off by itself.
  • This can indicate an unstable power supply. Ensure the car charger cable is not damaged and is securely connected.
  • Check the vehicle's power outlet for loose connections.
  • If using a hardwire kit, verify its installation.
Rear camera is not working or showing video.
  • Verify that the rear camera cable is securely plugged into both the rear camera and the main dash cam unit.
  • Inspect the cable for any visible damage or kinks.
  • Try restarting the dash cam.
"Card Full" error or recording stops.
  • Format the micro SD card regularly within the dash cam's settings.
  • Ensure you are using a Class 10 or higher speed micro SD card.
  • Check if the G-sensor sensitivity is too high, causing too many locked files to accumulate. Adjust sensitivity if necessary.
Video quality is poor or distorted.
  • Clean the camera lens with a soft cloth.
  • Ensure the protective film has been removed from the lens.
  • Check if the resolution settings are set to 1080P.
  • Environmental factors like extreme glare or low light can affect quality; WDR helps but has limits.
