2. Safety Information

5. Setup

5.1 Blade Installation

To install or change a blade:

  1. Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
  2. Press and hold the spindle lock button.
  3. Use the Allen key to loosen the blade screw.
  4. Remove the outer flange and old blade.
  5. Place the new blade onto the spindle, ensuring the rotation direction arrow on the blade matches the arrow on the saw's guard.
  6. Replace the outer flange and tighten the blade screw with the Allen key while holding the spindle lock button.

5.2 Adjusting Cutting Depth

The cutting depth can be adjusted from 0-27mm (1-1/16").

  1. Loosen the depth adjustment lever.
  2. Move the base plate up or down to the desired cutting depth indicated on the scale.
  3. Securely tighten the depth adjustment lever.

5.3 Laser Guide Activation

The built-in laser guide assists in making precise straight cuts. It is powered by two button cells.

5.4 Dust Collection

Attach the 15.75-inch vacuum adapter to the dust extraction port on the saw to maintain a cleaner working environment and prevent dust inhalation.

6. Operating Instructions

The TECCPO Mini Circular Saw is suitable for straight cutting, plunge cutting, and flush cutting with its large cutting capacity.

6.1 Starting and Stopping

To start the saw, press the double safety button and then squeeze the trigger. To stop, release the trigger.

6.2 Cutting Different Materials

Select the appropriate blade for the material you are cutting:

  • 24T TCT Blade: For wood, with a maximum cutting depth of 1-1/16” (27mm).
  • 44T HSS Blade: For plastic and soft metal, with a maximum cutting depth of 1/8” (3mm).
  • Diamond Blade: For tile, with a maximum cutting depth of 5/16” (8mm).
