Setup
1. Battery Installation
The FC-110 requires 4 AA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment on the control unit and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
2. Attaching Adapter Rings
Select the appropriate adapter ring (52mm, 55mm, 58mm, 62mm, 67mm, 72mm, or 77mm) that matches the filter thread size of your camera lens. Screw the chosen adapter ring onto the front of your lens until it is secure.
3. Mounting the Ring Flash
Attach the LED ring flash unit to the selected adapter ring. Ensure it is securely fastened. If the ring flash feels loose or unstable on the adapter ring, some users have found that adding a thin rubber O-ring to the groove of the attachment point can improve stability.
4. Mounting the Control Unit
Slide the control unit onto your camera's cold shoe mount. Connect the coiled cable from the ring flash to the designated port on the control unit.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the ON/OFF button on the control unit to power the device on or off. The LCD display will illuminate when the unit is powered on.
2. Mode Selection
Press the MODE button to switch between constant light mode and flash mode. In constant light mode, the LEDs remain continuously lit, providing a steady light source. In flash mode, the LEDs will flash in sync with your camera's shutter release.
3. Luminance Adjustment
Use the arrow buttons (< and >) to adjust the brightness level of the LEDs. There are seven distinct levels of luminance available to suit various lighting conditions and creative needs.
4. Left/Right Flash Function
The FC-110 allows for independent control of the left and right flash sections. Refer to the LCD display and control buttons to activate or deactivate specific sections. This function enables creative lighting effects, such as emphasizing one side of the subject or adding depth.
5. Using the Color Temperature Filter
To achieve a warmer light output (approximately 3200K), attach the orange color temperature ring to the front of the LED ring flash. Remove it for standard 5500K daylight-balanced light.
6. Flash Synchronization and Exposure
The flash synchronizes at 1/100 seconds. Ensure your camera's shutter speed is set accordingly for optimal flash performance. The unit supports both automatic and manual exposure control, which can be adjusted via the control unit's buttons and LCD display.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the surface or electronic components.
Battery Care
Remove batteries if the unit will not be used for an extended period to prevent potential battery leakage, which can cause damage to the device.
Storage
Store the flash unit in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperatures. Keep it protected from dust and physical impact.
Troubleshooting
- Flash not firing: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. Ensure the control unit is securely mounted on the camera's cold shoe and the cable connection between the ring flash and control unit is firm. Verify the camera's flash settings are correctly configured.
- Ring flash feels loose on lens: Ensure the adapter ring is correctly screwed onto the lens and the ring flash is properly attached to the adapter. If instability persists, consider adding a thin rubber O-ring to the groove of the attachment point on the ring flash for a more stable fit, as suggested by some users.
- Insufficient light output: Adjust the luminance level using the arrow buttons on the control unit. Ensure the correct mode (constant or flash) is selected. Check battery power and replace if low.
- Inconsistent lighting: Verify that both left and right flash sections are functioning as intended. Adjust the left/right flash function settings if necessary to ensure even illumination or desired directional lighting.
