3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
- Remove any protective films, stickers, or packaging materials from the oven and its accessories.
- Inspect the oven for any signs of damage. Do not operate if damaged. Contact customer support.
3.2 Placement
- Place the oven on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant countertop.
- Ensure there is at least 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) of clearance on all sides (back, top, and sides) of the oven for proper air circulation and heat dissipation.
- Do not place the oven near flammable materials, curtains, or under wall cabinets.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or in contact with hot surfaces.
3.3 Initial Cleaning
- Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
- Wash all accessories (baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie fork, handles) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
3.4 First Use (Burn-Off)
It is recommended to perform a 'burn-off' cycle before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing odors or residues.
- Ensure the oven is empty and well-ventilated.
- Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Set the Temperature Control knob to 250°C.
- Set the Heating Selector knob to the top and bottom heating elements.
- Set the Timer knob to 15-20 minutes.
- Allow the oven to run for the set time. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
- Once the cycle is complete, turn all knobs to the 'OFF' position and unplug the oven. Allow it to cool completely.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview

- Temperature Control Knob: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
- Heating Selector Knob: Selects the heating elements to be used (top, bottom, top & bottom, convection, rotisserie).
- Timer Knob: Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes. Includes a 'Stay-On' function for continuous operation.
- Power Indicator Light: Illuminates when the oven is operating.
4.2 Basic Operation
- Place food on the wire rack or baking tray. Use the tray handle to insert and remove the hot tray.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Set the desired cooking temperature using the Temperature Control Knob.
- Select the appropriate heating function using the Heating Selector Knob (e.g., top heat for grilling, bottom heat for gentle baking, top & bottom for general roasting).
- Set the cooking time using the Timer Knob. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- When the set time elapses, a bell will ring, and the oven will turn off automatically. If using 'Stay-On', manually turn the timer knob to 'OFF' when cooking is complete.
- Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.
4.3 Cooking Functions
4.3.1 Rotisserie Function
The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting whole chickens or other meats evenly.
- Secure the food (e.g., a whole chicken) onto the rotisserie fork, ensuring it is balanced.
- Insert the rotisserie spit into the designated slots inside the oven.
- Place the baking tray at the bottom to catch drippings.
- Set the Heating Selector knob to the rotisserie icon (often combined with top heating elements).
- Set the desired temperature and time.
- Use the rotisserie handle to safely remove the hot spit after cooking.

4.3.2 Convection Function
The convection function uses a fan to circulate hot air, resulting in faster and more even cooking.
- Select the convection setting on the Heating Selector knob (often indicated by a fan icon). This can be combined with top, bottom, or both heating elements.
- Adjust temperature and time as needed. Convection cooking may require slightly lower temperatures or shorter cooking times compared to conventional baking.
4.3.3 Keep Warm Function
The keep warm function maintains food at a serving temperature without further cooking.
- After cooking, set the Heating Selector knob to the 'Keep Warm' setting.
- Set the Timer to the desired duration for keeping warm, or use 'Stay-On' and monitor manually.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your oven.
5.1 General Cleaning
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may damage the finish.
- For the interior, wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, following the product instructions. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
- Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
5.2 Accessory Cleaning
- The baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie fork, and handles can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
- Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on accessories, as they may scratch surfaces.
