Introduction
Welcome to your new Sojag Roma Gazebo. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your 10' x 12' outdoor sun shelter. Please read thoroughly before beginning assembly to ensure proper setup and long-lasting enjoyment of your product.
Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or property damage.
- Always ensure the gazebo is properly anchored to a stable foundation to prevent it from tipping over in windy conditions.
- Remove any snow accumulation from the gazebo roof to maintain its stability and durability. Heavy snow can cause the structure to collapse.
- Follow the instructions provided for the safe setup and usage of the included curtains and mosquito net.
- Do not use open flames or heating appliances inside or near the gazebo. The fabric is flame-resistant but not fireproof.
- Regularly inspect all components for wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace damaged parts immediately.

Assembly Instructions
Assembly requires at least two adults. Follow the step-by-step guide provided in the included physical instruction manual. Ensure all connections are secure before use.
Step 1: Unpack Components
Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, flat surface and identify each component using the parts list in your physical manual. Separate hardware for easier access.
Step 2: Assemble the Frame
Begin by connecting the main aluminum frame sections according to the diagrams in your physical manual. Ensure all locking mechanisms click into place and are fully secured. Do not overtighten screws or bolts until the frame is fully assembled.
Step 3: Attach the Roof Canopy
Drape the polyester roof canopy over the assembled frame. Secure the canopy to the frame using the integrated Velcro straps and any other fastening points. Ensure the double-layer ventilation top is correctly positioned and secured for optimal airflow and stability.

Step 4: Install Mosquito Netting and Curtains
Utilize the two-pole system to hang the nylon mosquito netting and polyester curtains. Ensure they can move freely along the tracks for easy opening and closing. Secure any ties or fasteners as indicated in your manual.
Step 5: Anchor the Gazebo
Securely anchor the gazebo to a stable foundation using appropriate anchoring hardware (check your package contents, as hardware may vary). This step is critical for stability, especially in windy conditions, and should not be skipped.
Operating Instructions
Using the Curtains and Mosquito Net
The gazebo features a two-pole system allowing for independent operation of the mosquito netting and privacy curtains. Simply slide them open or closed along their respective tracks as needed to control light, privacy, and insect protection.
Ventilation
The double-layer roof design provides natural ventilation, allowing air to circulate and heat to escape, enhancing comfort within the gazebo. Ensure the top vent is not obstructed for optimal performance.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the polyester canopy and curtains with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage or re-installation. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Winter Storage: Sojag recommends removing all fabric pieces (canopy, netting, curtains) during the winter season or in anticipation of heavy snow/ice to preserve their durability and prevent damage. Store them in a dry, protected area.
- Snow Accumulation: Regularly remove any snow accumulation from the gazebo roof to prevent structural stress and potential collapse. Do not allow snow to build up.
- Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the aluminum frame for any signs of wear, corrosion, or loose connections. Tighten fasteners as necessary. Apply a rust-inhibiting spray to any exposed metal if needed.
Troubleshooting
Gazebo Instability
Ensure the gazebo is properly anchored to the ground. Check all frame connections for tightness and re-secure any loose bolts or screws. Verify that the ground surface is level.
Water Pooling on Roof
Verify the canopy is taut and correctly installed, ensuring all attachment points are secure. Ensure the ventilation opening is clear and not obstructed. If water still pools, gently push up from underneath to release it, taking care not to damage the fabric.
Fabric Tears or Damage
Small tears can often be repaired with a suitable fabric repair kit. For significant damage, replacement parts may be available from Sojag. Contact customer support for assistance.
