- Filling the Machine:
Open the top lid of the claw machine. Fill the machine with small, lightweight, WRAPPED candies or prizes. Recommended prize size is approximately 2" x 2" or smaller. Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to enjoy your Bundaloo Claw Machine:
- Power On: Locate the ON/OFF switch, usually on the bottom or back of the machine, and switch it to the 'ON' position.
- Insert Token: Insert one of the provided reusable tokens into the coin slot. This will activate the machine and start the game music.
- Control the Claw: Use the three joysticks on the front panel to control the claw's movement:
- The first joystick moves the claw forward and backward.
- The second joystick moves the claw left and right.
- The third joystick lowers the claw down to attempt a grab. Once lowered, the claw will automatically attempt to grab a prize and return to the prize chute.

Important Usage Tips
- Use NEW batteries of the same type for best performance.
- Do not overfill the machine; the claw requires space to maneuver.
- Use small, lightweight, WRAPPED candy or prizes only (recommended size approx. 2" x 2" or smaller).
- This item is designed as a game of skill and challenge, similar to real arcade claw machines. Success depends on skill and proper setup, and it is not intended to dispense candy every play.
- Adult supervision is recommended for younger users (ages 8 and up).
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the machine in water.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and store the machine in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
- Machine Not Turning On: Ensure batteries are correctly installed with proper polarity and are not depleted. Replace with new batteries if necessary. Check that the ON/OFF switch is in the 'ON' position.
- Claw Not Moving/Grabbing: Verify that a token has been inserted to activate the game. Ensure the machine is not overfilled, obstructing the claw's movement. The claw's grip strength is designed for small, lightweight items.
- Loud Music/Sound: The machine plays authentic arcade-style sounds. There is no volume control feature on this model. If the sound is too loud, consider placing a small piece of tape over the speaker on the bottom of the unit to muffle the sound.
- Prizes Difficult to Grab: This is a game of skill. Ensure prizes are small, lightweight, and wrapped to provide the best chance of success. Practice and patience are key.
