3. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to install your Solar Powered Car Ventilator:

1. Prepare the Rubber Sealing Strip: Take the provided rubber sealing strip. Measure the length required to fit along the top edge of your car window, ensuring it covers the gap where the ventilator will be placed. Cut the strip to the appropriate length, making sure to account for any curvature near the window's handlebar or mirror area.
2. Install the Rubber Strip: Carefully insert the cut rubber strip into the window channel. Ensure it is seated firmly and creates a seal along the top edge of the window.
3. Position the Ventilator: Lower your car window slightly. Hang the ventilator unit onto the top edge of the window glass, ensuring the solar panel faces outwards towards the sun. The ventilator should rest securely on the rubber strip within the window channel.
4. Close the Window: Slowly raise the car window until it firmly holds the ventilator in place. The rubber strip should help create a tight seal around the unit, preventing gaps.

5. Operating Instructions

The ventilator features three individual fans, each with its own ON/OFF switch, and a main switch for solar/battery power selection.

• Fan Control: Each of the three fans has a dedicated ON/OFF switch. Toggle these switches to activate or deactivate individual fans as desired.
• Power Source Selection: A separate switch controls the power source. In direct sunlight, the solar panel will power the fans and charge the internal batteries. The device can also operate solely on battery power when sunlight is insufficient or unavailable.
• Air Circulation: Once activated, the fans will draw air from the car's interior and expel it outwards through the exhaust vents, facilitating air exchange.

6. Maintenance

• Keep the solar panel clean and free from dust or debris to ensure optimal charging efficiency. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
• Periodically check the fan grilles for any obstructions and clean them gently if necessary.
• Inspect the rubber sealing strip for wear or damage. Replace if necessary to maintain a proper seal.
• Ensure the internal batteries are charged regularly, especially if the device is frequently used without direct sunlight.

7. Troubleshooting

• Fans not operating:
  • Ensure individual fan switches are in the 'ON' position.
  • Check the main power source switch to ensure it is set correctly for solar or battery operation.
  • If using solar power, verify the solar panel is exposed to direct sunlight.
  • If using battery power, ensure the internal batteries are charged. Connect the device to a USB power source using the provided cable to charge.
• Poor air circulation:

• Water leakage during rain:
