Start at a lower speed for initial application of polish and increase as needed.
3. Battery Level Indicator
An integral LED battery level indicator is located on the tool body. Monitor this indicator to determine the remaining battery charge. Recharge the battery when the indicator shows a low charge to avoid interruptions during use.
4. Polishing Techniques
Apply a small amount of polishing compound directly to the pad or the surface to be polished. Work in small sections, using overlapping passes. Maintain consistent pressure and movement. For best results, consult specific polishing compound instructions.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, remove the polishing pad and clean it according to its specific instructions. Wipe down the polisher body with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the polisher, batteries, and charger in the provided canvas storage bag in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure batteries are partially charged before long-term storage.
- Battery Care: Do not store batteries in a fully discharged state. Recharge them periodically if not used for extended periods to maintain battery health. Avoid exposing batteries to extreme temperatures.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the polisher for any signs of damage, loose screws, or worn parts. If any damage is found, discontinue use and contact qualified service personnel.
